- Pre-Agreement of Sale. Counsel your client with regarding disclosure obligations and due diligence.
- Buying and Selling Residential Real Estate: The Transaction. Negotiate the Agreement of sale, consider contingencies, and deal with inspection issues.
- Closing. Review the requirements for closing, including inspections, certificate of occupancy, closing and title documents.
- Boundary disputes. Consider the roles of easement and potential encroachment and adverse possession issues.
