8:30 a.m. –   Breakfast Reception hosted by Young Lawyers Division, Floor 3 of the Courthouse Annex

9:00 a.m. –   Admission Ceremony, Courtroom 1

10:00 a.m. –   Swearing-In Ceremony, Courtroom 1

11:30 a.m. –  Luncheon and Annual Member Meeting

Admissions Ceremony:

Welcome our newest members in Courtroom One. 

 

Swearing-In Ceremony:

Swearing-In Ceremony  that will mark the retirement of President Judge Van Horn, and the commencement of Judge Meyers as President Judge of the 39th Judicial District.

 

Annual Member Meeting:

Materials for the meeting will be sent via email prior to the meeting. A buffet lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and the meeting will start at noon.
