PBI CLE – As the population ages and life expectancy increases, attorneys are increasingly called upon to help clients navigate the legal and financial challenges of long-term care. This program offers a comprehensive overview of long-term care planning for clients age 65 and older, with a focus on holistic models for creating successful client outcomes.
Participants will gain practical guidance on practical estate planning considerations for aging clients and families; practical guidance for talking taxes with families; long-term care planning considerations (with a focus on payment for care planning); and family communication in elder law.
