CLE Planning with SLATs

PBI CLE – Spousal lifetime access trusts (SLATs) are one of the most popular estate planning techniques for married couples. This session will review cases for SLATs ranging from basic to more complex estate planning approaches. In addition, this session will examine various provisions utilized within SLATs, will address the administrative strategies after SLATs have been fully funded, and will explore the pitfalls of using SLATs.
